This is a great opportunity for an experienced Structural Investigation Technician to join an expanding consultancy who work on a variety of structural and civil projects, where you will have ample opportunity for further technical training and clear progression to Project Manager.

This growing and ambitious construction consultancy operate nationwide and specialize in structural investigation projects. Offering services to a multitude of clients, these range from structural and building investigations, inspections and surveys, as well as both intrusive and non-intrusive testing. With these services being used in a mixture of sectors from building, civil and infrastructure. Their ability to offer a full in-depth service to a variety of clients has founds them consistent success since they established, this is why they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this great opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of opportunities, these will include travelling nationwide to a number of different sites. Whilst on site you will be conducting a number of inspectio0ns and investigations to buildings and structures. You will be doing this by collecting samples of materials mainly steel and concrete. As well as doing both intrusive and non-intrusive testing on a number of projects. Also you will be supervising a number of other technicians and ensure work is being completed to a high standard. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be liaising with the clients to keep them updated on the progress and update them on results.
The ideal candidate will be Structural Investigation Technician or someone from a material testing lab background, who holds a full UK drivers license and is happy to travel and stay away at different sites nationwide.
